Notice of additional information received by the Secretary of State supplementing our Environmental Statement previously submitted for consent of a Storage Authorisation Order

Further to the Notice of an application for consent for a Storage Authorisation Order dated 24 October 2008, Notice is hereby given that Wingas Storage (UK) Ltd (the Company) has submitted further information supplementing the Environment Statement previously submitted in relation to this application.
A copy of the further information has been made available for inspection at:

Lincolnshire County Council, Planning Offices, City Hall, Lincolnshire, LN1 1DN
East Lindsey District Council, Tedder Hall, Manby Park, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 8UP
Louth Library, Northgate, Louth, LN11 OLY.

Notice is also hereby given that additional information has been received by the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change on this application from consultees and interested parties during the statutory consultation process. Copies of this information have been forwarded to Lincolnshire County Council, East Lindsey District Council and Louth Library to be made available for public inspection.

Any queries about the additional representations or representations about the further information and additional information should be made in writing to the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, c/o Bay 2121, 1 Victoria Street, London SW1H OET or by email to: Robert.Pridham@decc.gsi.gov.uk no later than 26 February 2009.

Unless otherwise indicated, copies of any representations received will be regarded as public documents.

Any subsequent additional information received by the Secretary of State before determination of the application, if considered to be materially relevant, will be similarly forwarded to Lincolnshire County Council, East Lindsey District Council and Louth Library to be placed on deposit and made available for public inspection, with any queries about this information dealt with by the Department. It will also be available on the WSUK website.
