 10/27/10 - The Saltfleetby gas field storage authorisation order 2010 WINGAS Storage UK Ltd hereby gives notice, that the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Gas Act 1965 and vested in the Secretary of State, made The Saltfleetby Gas Field Storage Authorisation Order 2010 on 9 September 2010 (“the Order”). 09/09/10 - WINGAS Storage has received consent for Saltfleetby WINGAS Storage UK Ltd (“WSUK”) is pleased to announce that it has today received from the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change consent to develop its depleted gas field at Saltfleetby, Lincolnshire into an underground storage facility for natural gas. 02/01/10 - Public inquiry A public inquiry into WINGAS Storage UK Limited’s proposal for an underground gas storage facility at Saltfleetby gasfield, Lincolnshire took place from Tuesday 1st December 2009 until Thursday 7th January 2010 06/14/07 - WINGAS plans investments worth millions in the construction of natural gas storage facilities WINGAS GmbH is investing in a secure supply of energy for Europe: the company will build additional natural gas storage facilities in Europe at a cost of several hundred million euros. 02/01/06 - Saltfleetby gas storage facility capacity expected to be more than 700 million cubic metres WINGAS Storage UK Ltd ('WINGAS') today confirmed it has applied for planning permission to extend the life of its natural gas field at Saltfleetby in Lincolnshire by converting it to a gas storage facility with an expected capacity of more than 700 million cubic meters. 01/03/06 - Guaranteed security of supply WINGAS operates Western Europe's largest natural gas storage facility, and additional storage facilities under construction in the UK and Austria. 12/21/04 - WINGAS buys the "Saltfleetby" onshore natural gas field WINGAS has stepped up its activities in the UK and purchased the "Saltfleetby" natural gas field from the Australian Roc Oil Company Limited (ROC) for £ 44 million. The sale is subject to approval by the relevant authorities. |
