WSUK joint venture
 WINGAS GmbH & Co. KG and ZMB Gasspeicherholding GmbH (ZGHG a subsidiary of Gazprom) own WINGAS Storage UK Ltd and y operate WSUK as a joint venture whose principal purpose currently is the continuing exploitation of the Saltfleetby gas field with respect to further production of gas in the near term and the creation of a gas storage facility as a long-term asset. WSUK is able to benefit from the extensive relevant technical and commercial expertise of its shareholder groups in production of gas fields and developing or converting existing fields into underground storages. |
